How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. You can request a refund in either of the following ways:
- Visit Stripe.net and follow the refund request flow using the email address associated with your subscription.
- Email us at Team@stillspace.xyz with your order details and we'll initiate the refund on your behalf.
Refund eligibility
- Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Refunds apply to the most recent billing period only.
- If you have used a significant portion of your monthly studio hours, we may prorate the refund at our discretion.
- Gift purchases and transfers are not eligible for refunds.
Processing time
Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and bank.
Cancellations after the refund period
After the 30-day refund window, you may still cancel your membership at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period, and no further charges will be made.
